She is a Graduate in Commerce with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Mysore. She has passed the KSET Examination in Management in the year 2013. She has also completed M. Com along with PG Diploma in Marketing Management. She has registered for a Ph.D. programme in the area of “Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Occupational Stress” under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). She has 8 years of teaching experience and 4 years of corporate experience. She has worked as a HR Admin for Investing Solutions Pvt ltd., an UK based company. She has published various research papers in national & international conferences and also published papers in UGC journals.
